The Old Piggery, situated on a smallholding with no livestock, was originally a derelict outbuilding many years ago. It has been sympathetically converted, trying to preserve as many of its original features as possible. It has a beautiful vaulted ceiling with wooden beams, an open plan kitchen and living area, hardwood floors and carpeted bedrooms. Very much in a charming cottage style. Single story with 2 steps (one into the cottage and one between kitchen and living room), 2 large bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with a roll top bath and shower. It boasts a huge feature log burner for those cold and cozy evenings and central heating.

Parking for two cars but plenty more parking if required, a large 4ft fenced enclosed garden with an outside undercover seating area with BBQ and heater. Optional use of a secure 6ft fenced orchard, and a 2.5 acre 4ft fenced enclosed field.

There are some wonderful driving roads in the area and with prior notice we are happy to arrange storage in one of our barns for bikes, motorbikes, classic cars etc etc!
